Meloni Leaving SVU - Hoax? Rumor?

So after the news broke that Meloni is leaving SVU post-S12, and after the news went seriously viral (effing google alerts out the yang), now it's supposedly a rumor, a hoax.

The original source that I named in the post is now all "sorry, page cannot be found" but it was there!

But apparently the Australian Courier News reported last year that Jeff Goldblum was dead. So who knows.

OOOOHHHHH DRAMA!!! *laughs*

Whatever. At the negotiations four or five years ago, Meloni made it seem as though he wanted out. LeeFest attendees have known for a couple of years now that Meloni wanted out. And you know what? He obviously hasn't wanted out that badly, 'cause he stuck around to get paid. Which I think is totally fine, btw.

There's a quote about the biz that goes like this: When you're hot, and they need you, show no mercy.

NBC must be shitting itself - they NEED SVU.

So not only is this my first post here, it's my first LJ post ever.  I'm more of a twitter girl myself (I'm kaathrynmaae over there; I know I've chatted with a few of you).  But I've been stalking the Leeloni community for god knows how long, and I decided I might as well give back a little.  

Thus.  Here's a wallpaper I made a few weeks ago before Neal released his newest masterpiece of a picture (which I'm going to be using to make another graphic at some point).  Not the greatest, but I figured it was a decent way to introduce myself.
